长效β2受体激动剂与长效抗胆碱能药物联合治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病的疗效 被引量:1

Efficacy of long-acting β2-receptor agonists combined with long-acting anticholinergic drugs in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease

摘要 目的:观察长效β2受体激动剂与长效抗胆碱能药物联合治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病的疗效。方法:2019年1-12月收治慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者120例,随机分为两组,各60例。对照组给予基础治疗;观察组给予基础治疗及长效β2受体激动剂与长效抗胆碱能药物联合治疗。比较两组临床疗效、肺功能、6 min步行距离。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后用力肺活量(FVC)、第1秒用力呼气容积(FEV1)、第1秒用力呼气量占用力肺活量比值(FEV1/FVC)水平均高于对照组,6 min步行距离长于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:长效β2受体激动剂与长效抗胆碱能药物联合治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病疗效理想,可明显提高肺功能,增加6 min步行距离。 Objective:To observe the effect of long-acting β2-receptor agonist combined with long-acting anticholinergic drugs in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Methods:From January to December 2019,120 patients with COPD were selected,they were randomly divided into the two groups with 60 cases in each group.The control group was given basic treatment.The observation group was given basic treatment,the long-acting β2 receptor agonist and long-acting anticholinergic drugs combined treatment.The clinical effect,lung function and 6-minute walking distance of the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of FVC,FEV1 and FEV1/FVC in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the walking distance of 6 min in the observation group was longer than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of long-acting β2 receptor agonists and long-acting anticholinergic drugs is effective in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,which can significantly improve the lung function of patients,increase the walking distance of 6 minutes.
