不含防腐剂的玻璃酸钠联合氟米龙滴眼液治疗白内障伴干眼的随机单盲对照研究

A randomized,single-blind controlled study of preservative-free sodium hyaluronate combined with flumiron eye drops in the treatment of cataracts with dry eyes

目的:探究不含防腐剂的玻璃酸钠联合氟米龙滴眼液治疗白内障伴干眼的疗效。方法:2018年1-12月收治白内障伴干眼患者64例64眼,随机分为两组,各32例;均取右眼为受试眼。两组均接受白内障手术治疗;研究组术后给予不含防腐剂的玻璃酸钠滴眼液联合氟米龙滴眼液治疗;对照组给予含防腐剂的玻璃酸钠滴眼液联合氟米龙滴眼液治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:研究组术后1个月和3个月眼表疾病指数和角膜荧光素染色评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组术后1个月和3个月泪膜破裂时间(BUT)、基础泪液分泌试验(SIt)值及杯状细胞密度均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组术后1个月、3个月干眼症状评分显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:不含防腐剂的玻璃酸钠滴眼液联合氟米龙滴眼液联合治疗白内障伴干眼,可以有效缓解患者症状。

Objective:To explore the effect of preservative-free sodium hyaluronate combined with flumiron eye drops on cataracts with dry eyes.Methods:From January to December 2018,64 patients with cataracts and dry eyes were enrolled(64 eyes),they were randomly divided into two groups with 32 cases in each group.The right eye was taken as the subjected eyes.Both groups underwent cataract surgery.The study group was given postoperative sodium hyaluronate eye drops without preservatives combined with flumiron eye drops.The control group was given sodium hyaluronate eye drops with preservatives combined with flumiron eye drops.The therapeutic effects between the two groups was compared.Results:The ocular surface disease index and corneal fluorescein staining score of the study group at 1 and 3 months after operation were lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 1 month and 3 months of surgery,the BUT,SIt values and the density of goblet cells of study group were higher than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 1 month and 3 months of surgery,the scores of dry eye symptom in the study group was significantly lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of cataracts with dry eyes by preservative-free sodium hyaluronate combined with flumiron eye drops can relieve the symptoms effectively.
