硫酸沙丁胺醇气雾剂吸入联合茶碱缓释片治疗急性老年哮喘的疗效

Efficacy of salbutamol sulfate aerosol inhalation combined with theophylline sustained release tablets in the treatment of acute senile asthma

目的:观察茶碱缓释片联合吸入硫酸沙丁胺醇气雾剂治疗急性老年哮喘的效果。方法:2018年5月-2019年9月收治急性老年哮喘患者60例,随机分为两组,各30例。甲组吸入硫酸沙丁胺醇气雾剂治疗;乙组口服茶碱缓释片联合吸入硫酸沙丁胺醇气雾剂治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:乙组治疗后肺功能各项指标水平及炎性指标水平均优于甲组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);乙组治疗总有效率及生活质量评分均高于甲组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:茶碱缓释片口服联合吸入硫酸沙丁胺醇气雾剂治疗急性老年哮喘,可改善患者肺功能及通气状况,治疗效果显著。

Objective:To explore the efficacy of salbutamol sulfate aerosol inhalation combined with theophylline sustained release tablets in the treatment of acute senile asthma.Methods:From May 2018 to September 2019,60 patients with acute elderly asthma were selected and randomly divided into two groups of 30 cases in each.In group A,salbutamol sulfate aerosol was used.Group B was treated with salbutamol sulfate aerosol inhalation combined with theophylline sustained release tablets.We compared the efficacy of the two groups.Results:After treatment,all indexes of lung function and inflammatory indexes in group B were better than those in group A,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In group B,the total effective rate and quality of life scores were higher than those in group A,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of salbutamol sulfate aerosol inhalation combined with theophylline sustained release tablets in the treatment of acute senile asthma can improve the pulmonary function and ventilation of patients,and the therapeutic effect is significant.
