泮托拉唑治疗胃溃疡的临床效果观察

Observation on the clinical efficacy of pantoprazole in the treatment of gastric ulcer

目的:分析泮托拉唑治疗胃溃疡的临床效果。方法:2018年1月-2019年6月收治胃溃疡患者80例,随机分为两组,各40例。观察组采用泮托拉唑治疗;对比组采用奥美拉唑治疗。比较两组临床疗效及不良反应情况。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对比组,不良反应发生率低于对比组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:使用泮托拉唑治疗胃溃疡,效果更佳,同时不良反应发生率更低。

Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of pantoprazole in the treatment of gastric ulcer.Methods:From January 2018 to June 2019,80 patients with gastric ulcer were enrolled,they were randomly divided into two groups with 40 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with pantoprazole and the control group was treated with omeprazole.The clinical efficacy and adverse reactions between the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than the control group,the incidence of adverse reactions was lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Pantoprazole is more effective in the treatment of gastric ulcer and it has lower incidence of adverse reactions.
