沙格列汀联合二甲双胍对初诊2型糖尿病患者空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖变化及胃肠道不良反应的影响

Effects of saxagliptin combined with metformin on FPG and 2 hPG changes and gastrointestinal adverse reactions in newly diagnosed type 2 diabetic patients

目的:探究沙格列汀联合二甲双胍对初诊2型糖尿病患者空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2 h血糖(2 h PG)变化及胃肠道不良反应的影响。方法:2018年1-12月收治初诊2型糖尿病患者100例,根据不同疗法分为两组,各50例。对照组应用二甲双胍治疗;试验组应用沙格列汀联合二甲双胍治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:试验组血糖指标水平及炎症指标水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:初诊2型糖尿病患者应用沙格列汀联合二甲双胍治疗,不仅可以改善血糖水平,还可降低炎症水平,且胃肠道不良反应较轻,安全性较高。

Objective:To study the effect of saxagliptin combined with metformin on FPG and 2 h PG changes and gastrointestinal adverse reactions in newly diagnosed type 2 diabetic patients.Methods:From January to December 2018,100 patients in newly diagnosis of type 2 diabetes were enrolled,they were divided into two groups according to different treatment methods with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with metformin.The experimental group was treated with saxagliptin combined with metformin.The therapeutic effects between the two groups was compared.Results:The level of blood sugar and inflammation in experimental group were lower than control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups was compared,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:The newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes patients who treated with saxagliptin combined with metformin can not only improve blood sugar levels,but also reduce inflammation levels and the gastrointestinal adverse reactions are lighter and safer.
