辛伐他汀联合低分子肝素钠治疗冠心病心绞痛效果观察

Observation on the effect of simvastatin combined with low molecular weight heparin sodium in the treatment ofcoronaryheartdisease and angina pectoris

目的:分析辛伐他汀联合低分子肝素钠治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床疗效。方法:2016年3月-2018年6月收治冠心病心绞痛患者100例,随机分为两组。研究组采用辛伐他汀联合低分子肝素钠治疗;对照组采用临床常规抗心绞痛药物治疗。比较两组临床疗效及生活质量评分。结果:研究组临床治疗效果明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组治疗后生活质量评分明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:辛伐他汀联合低分子肝素钠治疗冠心病心绞痛,能有效改善患者临床症状,减少心绞痛发作次数,提高患者生活质量。

Objective:To analyze the clinical efficacy of simvastatin combined with low molecular weight heparin sodium in the treatment of coronary heart disease and angina pectoris.Methods:From March 2016 to June 2018,100 patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris were selected,they were randomly divided into the two groups.The study group was treated with simvastatin combined with low molecular weight heparin sodium.The control group was treated with routine anti-angina pectoris medicine.Clinical efficacy and quality of life scores were compared between the two groups.Results:The clinical therapeutic effects of the study group were better than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the quality of life scores of the study group was significantly better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Simvastatin combined with low molecular weight heparin sodium in the treatment of coronary heart disease and angina pectoriscan effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients,reduce the number of angina attacks and improve the quality of life of patients.
