畅心饮治疗冠心病心绞痛痰瘀搏结证临床效果分析

Analysis of the clinical effect of Changxin Yin in the treatment ofsputum stasis syndrome of coronary heart disease and angina

目的:分析畅心饮治疗冠心病心绞痛痰瘀搏结证的临床效果。方法:2016年5月-2019年5月收治冠心病心绞痛痰瘀搏结证患者200例,随机分为两组,各100例。对照组给予常规西药治疗;观察组给予常规西药联合畅心饮治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组治疗后血脂各项指标水平明显优于对照组,且心绞痛发作持续时间明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:常规西药联合畅心饮治疗冠心病心绞痛痰瘀搏结证,疗效显著。

Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of Changxin Yin in the treatment of sputum stasis syndrome of coronary heart disease and angina.Methods:From May 2016 to May 2019,200 patients with sputum stasis syndrome of coronary heart disease and angina were enrolled,they were randomly divided into two groups with 100 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional western medicine treatment.The observation group was given conventional western medicine combined with Changxin Yin treatment.The therapeutic effects between the two groups was compared.Results:The various of indicator levels of blood lipids in observation group were better than control group after treatment and the duration of angina attack was lower than control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The conventional western medicine combined with Changxin Yin is effective in treating the syndrome of coronary heart disease and angina.
