双黄连粉针剂辅助布地奈德雾化吸入治疗小儿急性细菌性肺炎疗效及对C反应蛋白影响

The efficacy of Shuanghuanglian powder injection assisted Budesonide aerosol inhalation to treat acute bacterial pneumonia in children and the effect on CRP

目的:探讨双黄连粉针剂辅助布地奈德雾化吸入治疗小儿急性细菌性肺炎疗效及对C反应蛋白(CRP)的影响。方法:2018年5月-2019年2月收治小儿急性细菌性肺炎患儿88例,随机数字表法分为两组,各44例。对照组采取布地奈德雾化吸入治疗;治疗组在对照组基础上联合双黄连粉针剂治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:治疗组总有效率高于对照组,各项症状消失时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组血清CRP水平及WBC计数较治疗前均降低,且治疗组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对小儿急性细菌性肺炎实施双黄连粉针剂辅助布地奈德雾化吸入治疗可促进各项症状消退,疗效显著。

Objective:To discuss the efficacy of Shuanghuanglian powder injection assisted Budesonide aerosol inhalation in children’s acute bacterial pneumonia and its effect on C-reactive protein(CRP).Methods:From May 2018 to February 2019,88 cases of acute bacterial pneumonia in children were selected,random number table method divided into two groups of 44 cases each.The control group was treated with Budesonide aerosol inhalation.The treatment group was treated with a combination of Shuanghuanglian powder injection on the basis of the control group.Comparing the effects of two groups.Results:The treatment group was more effective than the control group.The time of disappearance of each symptom was shorter than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Both groups of serum CRP levels and WBC counts were lower than before treatment and the treatment group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Shuanghuanglian powder injection for pediatric acute bacterial pneumonia assisted Budesonide aerosol inhalation treatment can promote the regression of various symptoms,the effect is remarkable.
