分析中药炮制方法对临床疗效的影响

Analysis of the clinical application effect of Chinese medicine processing method

目的:分析中药炮制方法对临床疗效的影响。方法:选取2018年5月-2019年5月中医治疗的患者80例,随机分为两组,各40例。对照组使用中药没有实施炮制;观察组使用中药实施炮制。比较两组临床疗效和不良反应情况。结果:观察组治疗总有效率显著高于对照组,不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:通过对中药实施炮制不仅可提升药物治疗效果,而且可以减少不良反应的发生。

Objective:To analyze the influence of processing methods of traditional Chinese medicine on clinical efficacy.Methods:From May 2018 to May 2019,80 patients treated with traditional Chinese medicine were selected and randomly divided into two groups of 40 cases in each.The control group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine without processing.The observation group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine with processing.We compared the clinical efficacy and adverse reactions between the two groups.Results:In the observation group,the total effective rate was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the incidence of adverse reactions was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The processing of traditional Chinese medicine can not only improve the therapeutic effect,but also reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions.
