护理路径在重症颅脑损伤护理中的应用效果分析

Analysis on the effect application of clinical nursing path in the nursing of severe craniocerebral injury

目的:研究临床护理路径在重症颅脑损伤护理中的应用效果。方法:2018年10月-2019年10月收治重症颅脑损伤患者82例,随机分为两组,各41例。对照组实施常规临床护理;观察组在常规护理的基础上实施临床护理路径。比较两组护理效果及应用效果。结果:观察组护理有效率及护理应用效果均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针对重症颅脑损伤患者采用临床护理路径进行护理,能有效提高护理效果,增强患者机体恢复情况,临床护理效果明显。

Objective:To analyze the effect of clinical nursing pathway in the nursing of severe craniocerebral injury.Methods:From October 2018 to October 2019,82 patients with severe craniocerebral injury were selected,they were randomly divided into the two groups with 41 cases in each group.The control group implemented routine clinical nursing.The observation group implemented clinical nursing path based on routine nursing.We compared the nursing effect of the two groups.Results:The effective rate of nursing and the effect of nursing application in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of clinical nursing path for patients with severe craniocerebral injury can effectively improve the nursing effect and enhance the recovery of patients,and the clinical nursing effect is obvious.
