膀胱癌患者围术期分级心理护理的实施及效果观察

The implementation and effect of grading psychological nursing during perioperative period for patients with bladder cancer

目的:分析分级心理护理在膀胱癌患者围术期中的实施效果及价值。方法:2017年3月-2019年3月收治膀胱癌患者58例,随机分为两组,各28例。试验组实施分级心理护理;对照组实施常规护理。比较两组焦虑自评量表(SAS)及抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分。结果:试验组SAS及SDS评分均显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:膀胱癌患者围术期实施分级心理护理,能够有效改善患者心理状态,缓解患者焦虑、抑郁情况。

Objective:To explore the effect and value of grading psychological nursing during perioperative period for patients with bladder cancer.Methods:From March 2017 to March 2019,58 bladder cancer patients were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 28 cases in each group.The experimental group was given grading psychological nursing.The control group was given routine care.We compared the anxiety(SAS) and depression(SDS) scores between the two groups.Results:In the experimental group,SAS and SDS scores were significantly lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Grading psychological nursing during perioperative period for patients with bladder cancer can effectively improve the mental state and relieve their anxiety and depression.
