摘要
目的:探讨规范化饮食护理对骨折患者身心健康的影响。方法:2019年2月-2020年2月收治骨折患者100例,随机分为两组,各50例。对照组给予常规护理;观察组采用规范化饮食护理。比较两组身心健康情况及护理满意度。结果:观察组视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分、焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分均明显低于对照组,生活质量评分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:规范化饮食护理明显改善骨折患者身心健康,效果显著。
Objective:To explore the effect of standardized diet nursing on physical and mental health of patients with fracture.Methods:From February 2019 to February 2020,100 patients with fracture were selected,they were randomly divided into the two groups with 50 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing.The observation group was given standardized diet nursing.The physical and mental health and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results:The scores of visual analogue(VAS),self-rating depression scale(SDS)and self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,while the score of quality of life in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Standardized diet nursing has significantly improved the physical and mental health of patients with fractures,with significant effects.
