心肌梗死急救护理中优化急诊护理流程对患者预后的影响

The effect of optimizing the emergency nursing process on the prognosis of patients in the emergency nursing of myocardial infarction

目的:探讨心肌梗死急救护理中优化急诊护理流程对患者预后的影响。方法:2017年1月-2019年1月收治心肌梗死患者200例,随机分为两组,各100例。对照组采用常规急诊护理流程;观察组应用优化急诊护理流程。比较两组临床效果。结果:观察组护理满意度及冠脉再通率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组构建静脉通道时间、分诊评估时间、急救时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:应用优化急诊护理流程对心肌梗死患者进行护理,提高了护理满意度、冠脉再通率及急救效率。

Objective:To investigate the effect of optimizing the emergency nursing process on the prognosis of patients in the emergency nursing of myocardial infarction.Methods:From January 2017 to January 2019,200 patients with myocardial infarction were selected,they were randomly divided into the two groups with 100 patients in each group.The control group was treated with routine emergency nursing.The observation group was applied to optimize the emergency nursing process.Clinical effects were compared between the two groups.Results:The nursing satisfaction and coronary artery recanalization rate of the observation group were higher than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Theconstructing venous channelstime,triage evaluation time and first-aidtime of the observation group were shorter than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of optimized emergency nursing process to the nursing of patients with myocardial infarction can improve the nursing satisfaction,the rate of coronary artery recanalization and the first-aid efficiency.
