用于巷道支护锚索切断机机体疲劳强度分析

摘要 锚索切断机机体是锚索切断机的关键部件之一,在高频切断锚索过程中,机体和锚索之间接触产生很大的剪切力和冲击力,因此锚索切断机机体的强度与疲劳寿命直接影响设备的加工效率和精度。应用UG软件建立了锚索切断机机体三维实体模型,根据锚索切断的受力情况,利用有限元软件对机体进行静力学和疲劳强度分析,获得机体各项静力学参数图和疲劳寿命情况。该分析结果为锚索切断机的设计提供理论依据,也为后续锚索切断机结构优化提供了技术支持。 The body of the anchor cable cutter is one of the key parts of the anchor cable cutter. In the process of cutting the anchor cable at high frequency, the contact between the body and the anchor cable produces a lot of shear force and impact force. So the strength and fatigue life of the body of the anchor cable cutter directly affect the processing efficiency and accuracy of the equipment.UG software was used to build a three-dimensional solid model of the anchor cable cutter body. According to the stress of the anchor cable cutting, the finite element software was used to analyze the statics and fatigue strength of the tool holder,and the statics parameters and fatigue life of the machine body were obtained. The analysis results provide theoretical basis for the design of cable cutter and technical support for the structural optimization of cable cutter.
