摘要
液晶拼接缝的大小是衡量液晶拼接屏好坏的最直接标准,在安装拼接单元时,如何科学选择拼接单元进行装配,以减小拼接缝,是一个非常重要的课题。提出带约束的双层蚂蚁遍历寻优方法,出厂包装时,工艺人员利用该方法,进行模拟组装,将对应的拼接单元进行编号,包装在一起,发往工地,安装时按照编号进行装配。通过实际应用可知,该方法能够相对减小液晶拼接屏的横向缝隙和纵向缝隙,并确保各缝隙呈直线性。
The size of the joint is the most direct measure of the quality of multi LCD screen. It is a very important task that how to select the assembling unit in order to reduce the joint. A novel ant colony optimization algorithm with constraints was proposed. In factory packaging, the method was used by the technologists to simulate assembly, the corresponding splicing units were numbered and packaged together, sent to the construction site, and assembled according to the number during installation. The practical application shows that the method can reduce the size of transverse joint and longitudinal joint of the multi LCD screen,and ensure that the joints are linear.
