摘要 矿山粉尘一直是污染作业环境、造成粉尘爆炸的危害因素之一。以永定庄矿8106综采工作面采煤机为例,提出了一种机载式喷雾控降尘装置优化方法,对顺风喷雾布置和装置结构进行综合优化改进,使得工作面采煤机司机附近粉尘浓度降到3.0%以下,控降尘效率达到了80%以上,效果显著。 Mine dust is one of the harmful factors that pollute the working environment and cause dust explosion. Taking the shearer of 8106 fully mechanized face in Yongdingzhuang coal mine as an example, an optimization method of airborne spray and dust control device was put forward. The layout of the downwind spray and the structure of the device were comprehensively optimized and improved, so that the dust concentration near the driver of the working face shearer was reduced to less than 3%, and the dust control efficiency reached over 80%, and the effect was remarkable.
