摘要
为了监控台架试验变速器控制单元内部标定量和采集量,在进行变速器台架试验及标定过程中将相关逻辑集成到变速器台架软件逻辑时序中,提高试验自动化程度,保证变速器试验过程中所有参数在正常报警值范围内。利用INCA ASAP3接口开发出相关测试技术,建立了台架监控软件系统。试验证明该技术方法满足台架标定及试验要求。
In order to monitor the internal standard quantity and acquisition quantity of transmission control unit in the bench test, the relevant logic was integrated into the logic sequence of transmission bench software during the bench test and calibration of transmission, so as to improve the degree of test automation and ensure that all parameters in the process of transmission test were within the range of normal alarm value. The relevant test technology was developed by using the interface of Inca asap3. The test results show that the technology meets the requirements of bench calibration and test.
