摘要
为促进综采工作面实现智能化、无人化采煤,在综合考虑了综采工作面作业环境较恶劣,易发生各类安全事故的基础上,设计了一种综采工作面智能监控系统。介绍了该系统的构成,所用到的主要设备及工作原理,并设计了该系统的硬件部分与软件部分,借助冗余控制技术,可对综采工作面采煤情况进行在线监测。实际应用结果表明,通过应用该系统可显著提高综采工作面采煤工作的安全性,更好地促进煤矿开采的智能化。
In order to promote the intelligentization of fully mechanized mining face and unmanned coal mining, based on the comprehensive consideration of the bad working environment and various kinds of accidents, an intelligent monitoring system was designed, the structure, main equipment and working principle of the system were introduced, and the hardware part and software part of the system were designed. With the help of redundancy control technology, the system can carry out on-line monitoring of the mining situation in the fully mechanized working face. The practical application results show that the system can improve the safety of coal mining in fully mechanized coal face, and promote the intelligent and unmanned coal mining in fully mechanized coal face.
