煤矿掘进机自动化截割煤巷控制技术探析 被引量:4

摘要 采用人工操作掘进机方式来截割煤巷,存在巷道成形效果差、掘进效率低、操作人员劳动强度大等弊端。为解决这些弊端,基于EBZ200型悬臂式掘进机主要结构参数,借助现代化的PLC控制技术,提出了一种掘进机截割煤巷自动化控制技术。介绍了具体控制策略,分析了主要用到的自动控制元器件,指出了自动控制功能的具体实现方法。经实际应用验证,该掘进机在自动化控制下截割煤巷所形成的巷道不仅成形较好,而且成巷速度较快,安全性较高,有助于进一步提高巷道掘进效率。 The manual operation of roadheader to cut coal roadway has the disadvantages of poor roadway forming effect, low tunneling efficiency and high labor intensity. To solve these drawbacks, based on the main structural parameters of EBZ200 cantilever roadheader and modern PLC control technology, a kind of automatic control technology for the cutting coal roadway of the roadheader was proposed, and the specific control strategy was introduced. The main automatic control components were analyzed and the specific implementation method of the automatic control function was pointed out. The actual application shows that the roadway formed by the tunnel cutting machine under the automatic control is well formed, the lane speed is faster and the safety is higher, which can improves the tunneling efficiency.
