摘要
针对目前煤矿生产过程中瓦斯监测防治工作的需要,设计了一套基于ZigBee无线传输网络与单片机技术的煤矿瓦斯监测报警系统。根据煤矿的实际生产需求,对系统的总体方案进行了设计。综合考虑了运行环境与开发成本,对系统硬件设施进行了选型,并利用编程知识设计了监测系统软件程序。测试表明,系统具有开发成本低,自动化程度高,灵活性好的优势。可以实现对煤矿瓦斯浓度的实时在线监测,并对危险情况进行报警,保障工人安全以及煤矿经济效益。
Aiming at the needs of gas monitoring and prevention in the current coal mine production process, a set of coal mine gas monitoring and alarm system based on Zigbee wireless transmission network and MCU technology was designed. According to the actual production demand of coal mine, the overall scheme of the system was designed. The operation environment and development cost were considered comprehensively, the hardware facilities of the system were analyzed, and the software program of the monitoring system was designed with programming knowledge. The test shows that the system has the advantages of low development cost, high automation and good flexibility, which can realize the real-time online monitoring of coal mine gas concentration, and can alarm the dangerous situation to ensure the safety of workers and the economic benefit of coal mine.
