摘要
短期冲突告警(STCA)无法给管制员提供足够的冲突调整余量,因此,许多研究者对中期冲突告警展开了广泛研究,但在现场应用却存在不少问题。基于此,提出一种改进型的中期冲突(MTCA)告警系统,通过异步UDP接收并解析空管自动化系统的综合航迹数据和飞行计划数据,经卡尔曼滤波后融合生成目标HashMap动态列表,并通过线程定时遍历目标列表进行中期冲突判断。在此基础上改进实现了基于管制指令的中期冲突,用于纠正管制指令错误。系统将处理结果显示于基于GIS的HMI程序,现场运行效果良好,具有较好的实时性和前瞻性。
Short-term conflict alert(STCA) can not provide enough conflict adjustment margin for controllers. Therefore, many researchers have carried out extensive research on medium-term conflict alert, but there are many problems in the field application. Based on this, an improved medium-term conflict(MTCA) warning system was proposed. The comprehensive track data and flight plan data of ATC automation system were received and analyzed by asynchronous UDP. After Kalman filtering, the target HashMap dynamic list was generated by fusion, and the medium-term conflict was judged by thread timing target list. On this basis, the medium-term conflict based on control instruction was improved and implemented to correct the error of control instruction. The system shows the processing results in the HMI program based on GIS, which has good field operation effect, good real-time and forward-looking.
