摘要 控制系统作为掘进机中的核心系统,不断加强对其综合性能的升级研究,已成为当下提高掘进机工作效率及智能矿井建设的重要研究方向。因此,通过对掘进机控制系统结构组成及存在问题进行分析,开展了控制系统的改进设计,并将其在某煤矿中进行了应用测试。测试结果表明,该控制系统总体综合性能更优,更能满足掘进机的使用需求,得到了现场作业人员的一致好评。该研究对提高掘进机工作效率及作业安全具有重要意义,同时具有以太网通信功能的PLC的使用,也为后期掘进机控制系统作为子系统纳入智能矿井平台做好了基础工作。 As the core system of the TBM, the control system has become an important research direction to improve the efficiency of TBM and intelligent mine construction. Therefore, through the analysis of the structure and existing problems of the control system of the roadheader, the improved design of the control system was carried out, and its application test was carried out in a coal mine. The test results show that the overall comprehensive performance of the control system is better, and it can meet the use requirements of the roadheader better, and it has been unanimously praised by the field operators. This research is of great significance to improve the working efficiency and safety of the roadheader. At the same time, the use of PLC with ethernet communication function also makes the basic work for the later control system of the roadheader as a subsystem into the intelligent mine platform.
