摘要 为更好地保障矿用防爆开关的安全稳定运行,基于矿用防爆开关的应用现状,针对其开关闭锁结构、电源变压器改压装置、阻容吸收装置、外壳及开门方式等存在缺陷进行了分析,并提出了一系列具体改进策略。改进后的矿用防爆开关经现场应用发现其运行更加稳定、可靠,能很好地满足矿井生产需求。 In order to ensure the safe and stable operation of mine explosion-proof switch, based on the application status of mine explosion-proof switch, the defects of its switch locking structure, power transformer voltage changing device, resistance capacitance absorption device, shell and door opening mode were analyzed, and a series of specific improvement strategies were put forward. It is found that the improved explosion-proof switch is more stable and reliable in operation and can meet the needs of mine production.
