摘要 基于现有皮带机使用中存在的皮带跑偏、打滑等故障问题,开展了基于PLC控制的集中控制系统改造升级,实现了皮带机启动后的语言预警、速度保护、急停保护、跑偏保护等功能。井下皮带地面集中控制系统优化升级后,大大提高了生产效率,降低了劳动强度和误操作的可能性,实现了远程控制和自动化的目的。 Based on the existing problems such as belt deviation and slipping in the use of belt conveyor, the upgrading of centralized control system based on PLC control was carried out, and the functions such as language warning, speed protection, emergency stop protection and deviation protection were realized after the belt conveyor was started. After the optimization and upgrading of the underground belt surface centralized control system, the production efficiency is greatly improved, the labor intensity and the possibility of misoperation are reduced, and the purpose of remote control and automation is realized.
