青光眼数据库的建立及初步应用

Establishment and preliminary application of glaucoma database

目的通过建立青光眼数据库并初步应用,实现对青光眼患者的信息化管理,为科研及临床教学提供数据保证,并进一步指导临床工作。方法与电脑工程师设计开发、建立青光眼数据库系统。选取2015年1月~2017年1月我院住院263例青光眼患者的相关信息,输入本数据库,分析青光眼患者的类型、发病季节、性别、年龄、地域、职业及发病相关因素等流行病学特征。结果(1)初步建立了青光眼数据库系统,对青光眼患者信息进行分类储存、逻辑检索、统计分析及绘表制图。(2)流行病学特征:①类型,原发性闭角型青光眼占39.16%,继发性青光眼占33.84%,开角型青光眼占24.33%,先天性青光眼占2.67%;②季节,春、夏、秋、冬季节患者所占比例分别为20.15%、24.33%、26.24%、29.28%;③性别,男性占54.75%,女性占42.25%;④年龄,原发性急性闭角型、原发性慢性闭角型、原发性开角型、继发性、先天性青光眼患者平均年龄分别是(67.4±9.8)岁、(71.2±9.2)岁、(44.0±22.2)岁、(50.0±18.1)岁、(5.6±2.2)岁;⑤地域,北京占33.08%,河北省占14.45%;⑥职业,退休人员占30.80%,农民占23.95%,军人占15.59%;⑦青光眼患病相关因素,高血压、糖尿病、冠心病、高度近视及家族史所占比例分别是24.71%、11.03%、3.04%、1.52%、3.42%。结论该青光眼数据库能够对青光眼患者资料进行规范录入、分类储存、检索查询、统计分析,可在临床诊疗、教学和科研中应用。

Objective Through the establishment and preliminary application of glaucoma database,to realize the information management of glaucoma patients,to provide data guarantee for scientific research and clinical teaching,and to guide clinical work further.Methods The glaucoma database system was designed,developed and established together with computer engineer.The relevant information of 263 glaucoma patients in our hospital from January 2015 to January 2017 was selected and entered this database.The epidemiological characteristics including glaucoma patients'type,season,sex,age,region,occupation and onset related factors were analyzed.Results(1)A glaucoma database system was initially established,and theclassification and store,logical search,statistical analysis,and charting were performed onthe information of glaucoma patients.(2)Epidemiological characteristics:①Type:primary angle-closure glaucoma accounted for 39.16%,secondary glaucoma accounted for 33.84%,open-angle glaucoma accounted for 24.33%,and congenital glaucoma accounted for 2.67%;②Season:the proportion of patients in spring,summer,autumn winter was 20.15%,24.33%,26.24%,and 29.28%;③Gender:male accounted for 54.75%,and female accounted for 42.25%;④Age:the average ages of patients with primary acute angle-closure type,primary chronic angle-closure type,primary open-angle,secondary and congenital glaucoma were(67.4±9.8)years,(71.2±9.2)years,(44.0±22.2)years,(50.0±18.1)years and(5.6±2.2)years old;⑤Geography:patients in Beijing accounted for 33.08%,and those in Hebei Province accounted for 14.45%;⑥Occupation:retirees accounted for 30.80%,farmers accounted for 23.95%,military accounted for 15.59%;⑦Glaucoma related factors:hypertension,diabetes,coronary heart disease,high myopia and family history accounted for 24.71%,11.03%,3.04%,1.52%,and 3.42%,respectively.Conclusion The glaucoma database can standard enter,classify and store,retrieve and search,and statistically analyze the glaucoma patient data,and it can be used in clinical diagnosis,treatment,teaching and scientific research.
