摘要
目的基于网络药理学研究吴茱萸抗肿瘤的作用机制。方法采用活性成分筛选、靶点预测技术,结合生物信息学手段,预测吴茱萸抗肿瘤的潜在作用靶点,并进行信号通路分析,从而探讨其治疗肿瘤的分子机制。结果吴茱萸在TCMSP数据中搜索得到30个相应成分,同时利用靶点预测技术共筛选出相关靶点123个。同时在疾病基因数据库检索得到21365个与肿瘤发生、发展有关的已知靶点基因,利用String数据库和Cytoscape软件中的网络拓扑分析共筛选得出关键靶点5个。结论吴茱萸作为中药对肿瘤的作用具有多成分、多靶点、协同作用的特点。
Objective To study anti-tumor mechanism of action of Evodia rutaecarpa based on network pharmacology.Methods The potential anti-tumor targets of Evodia rutaecarpa were predicted by active ingredient screening and target prediction technology combined with bioinformatics methods,and the signal pathway analysis was carried out to explore the molecular mechanism of tumor treatment.Results When Evodia rutaecarpa was searched in TCMSP database,30 corresponding components were found,and 123 related targets were screened by target prediction technology.Meanwhile,21,365 known target genes related to tumorigenesis and tumor development were retrieved from the disease gene database,and 5 key targets were selected through String database and network topology analysis in the software of Cytoscape.Conclusion As a traditional Chinese medicine,Evodia rutaecarpa has an effect on tumors which is featured multi-component,multi-target and synergistic.
