摘要 飞机装配日趋向站位式、脉动化总装生产线方向发展。装配分离面的选择对飞机脉动总装生产线建设至关重要。通过分析直升机装配流程特点,探讨直升机结构分离面选择的利弊,研究直升机装配分离面对站位化总装生产线建设的影响,归纳了站位化总装生产线设计的基本原则和方法,为直升机总装生产线建设提供了思路。 The aircraft assembly is increasingly developing into a standing,pulsating assembly line.Choice of assembly separation plane is crucial to aircraft assembly station construction.Through the analysis of the characteristics about helicopter assembly process,then we explored the advantages and disadvantages of different structural separation planes,and studied the effect of assembly separation plane for helicopters on the construction of the assembly station,concluded the basic rules and methods for the design of the assembly station production line,and the conclusion provided ideas for helicopter assembly production line construction.
