农用喷头雾化后的空间粒径分布与速度演化特征研究 被引量:2

摘要 自主搭建了雾滴空间粒径与速度分布测试平台,测定了0.2%迈道水溶液雾化后在不同轴向高度和径向水平位置的粒径分布与速度演化特征,结论如下:(1)雾滴的体积中径随着距喷头距离的增加呈现出先降低后升高的趋势,同时提高压力可减少体积中径;径向方位上,体积中径呈现出中心小边缘大的趋势;添加迈道可延长雾化区域,并提高体积中径;(2)中心雾滴速度在近喷嘴处衰减较快,向径向扩散能力逐渐减弱,边缘雾滴分布较为分散,速度小于中心雾滴的速度,但最终均呈现出竖直下落的趋势。 In this paper,spatial diameter and velocity distributions of spray droplets contained 0.2% Maidao adjuvant produced by agricultural nozzle TR80 005 at different axial heights and radial horizontal positions were determined by corresponding self-built test platforms.It showed that droplet diameters firstly dropped and then gradually increased with the increasing of axial distance from nozzle.And smaller droplets were always produced under higher pressure.In the radial direction,smaller droplets were distributed in the center of spray filed with lager droplets at the edge.Besides,atomization zone could be prolonged by addition of Maidao,resulting in larger droplets.The velocity of droplets in the center of spray field attenuated sharply near the nozzle and their disperse ability towards radial direction gradually weakened.By contrast,velocities of droplets at the edge with lower density were smaller.However,both of them gradually approached to falling vertically.
