6%双唑草腈水乳剂的研制及生物活性研究

Preparation and bioactivities of pyraclonil 6% EW

为了开发性能优良的6%双唑草腈水乳剂配方,利用转相法对6%双唑草腈水乳剂中各个组分进行筛选和优化。通过筛选不同助剂,研发出了6%双唑草腈水乳剂最佳配方:双唑草腈6.0%、EL-40 3.0%、Soprophor SC 2.0%、环己酮10%、溶剂油S-200 25%、尿素5.0%、SAG 1522 0.2%、黄原胶0.16%、卡松0.16%、去离子水补足至100.0%。所制制剂性能稳定,质量可靠,各指标均符合水乳剂的相关标准要求,且对水稻田杂草具有很好防治效果。

Pyraclonil 6% EW with good performance was acquired.The components of pyraclonil 6% EW were screened and optimized by inverse phase method.Through screening different adjuvants,we have developed the optimum formula as follows:6.0% pyraclonil,3.0% emulsifier EL-40,2.0% Soprophor SC,10% CYC,25% solvent oil No.200,5.0% urea,0.2% SAG 1522,0.16% xanthan gum,0.16% kathon,and deionized water up to 100%.All specifications of the formulation with a good quality meets the requirements of EW,and the control effects of pyraclonil 6% EW on weeds in paddle field were very good.
