河长制湖长制背景下上海青浦区水环境治理成效和思考

Effectiveness and reflections of water environment control in Shanghai Qingpu under the background of river-lake chief system

全面推行河长制湖长制是我国水治理体制的重要创新,有效促进和提升了水环境治理成效。从健全河长制湖长制体系、加强河长办能力建设、引导全民参与、推进区域协同治水、水环境治理举措等方面,介绍了上海市青浦区治水管水的经验和成效,对进一步治理水环境提出建议。

It is an important innovation of water management system in our country to carry out river-lake chief system in an all-round way,which has effectively promoted the improvement of water environment management effect.The experience and effect of Qingpu’s water governance and management from some aspects such as constructing the perfect river-lake chief system,strengthening the capacity building of the river chief’s office,guiding the public participation,promoting regional coordinated water control and the measures of water environment control were introduced by this paper,suggestions of water environment control were put forward.
