摘要
本文系统分析了攀长特公司四条生产产线的生产技术特点,找出了制约整个企业生产组织的问题,提出生产组织时坚持"以销定产"与"以产促销"相结合、坚持集中生产、坚持炼钢厂与轧钢厂及锻造厂的生产能力兼顾、坚持兼顾产品质量和成本以及充分利用大数据发挥信息化作用,就能够达到生产组织的连续性、比例性、平行性、均衡性、适应性及经济性等要求,实现生产组织过程的协同优化,实现稳定高效生产。
This paper systematically analyzed the production technology characteristics of the four production lines of Pangang Group Changcheng Company,found out the factors restricting the production organization of the whole enterprise,and put forward that the production organization should adhere to the combination of"producing according to sales"and"promoting sales by production",adhere to the centralized production,adhere to the production capacity balance between steel-making plant,rolling plant and forging plant,adhere to the simultaneous consideration of product quality and cost as well as make full use of big data to play an information role,so can we achieve the requirements of continuity,proportionality,parallelism,balance,adaptability and economy of production organization,realize the collaborative optimization of production organization process,and further to achieve stable and efficient production.
