摘要
通过对比三种自由锻造工艺对大规格钛合金TC11环件(规格为:Φ640*420*45mm)的室温力学性能、显微组织的影响。结果表明,经过β相区内开坯锻造(变形量大于60%),α+β两相区内成品锻造(变形量大于80%),多重退火(950℃/1.5h.AC+530℃/6h.AC),可以获得具有等轴初生α+短棒状α+转变β,初生α含量在30~50%之间的组织,其组织均匀性好、具有足够高的塑性、力学性能完全符合标准及用户使用要求的大规格钛合金TC11环件。
The effect of three kinds of free forging process on the mechanical properties and microstructure of TC11 ring(specification:Φ640*420*45mm)at room temperature was compared.The results showed that the microstructure with equal axis primaryα+short barα+transformedβand primaryαcontent between 30%and 50%can be obtained by forging inβphase region(deformation degree greater than 60%),forging inα+βphase region(deformation degree greater than 80%),and multiple annealing(950℃/1.5h.AC+530℃/6h.AC).The microstructure had good homogeneity,enough plastici⁃ty and mechanical properties fully met the standard and user’s requirements for large rings of titanium alloy TC11.
