响应曲面法优化泡沫洗面奶的发泡能力 被引量:3

Study on optimization of foaming power with foam cleanser by response surface methodology

摘要 为了优化泡沫洗面奶的发泡能力,首先采用单因素实验探究癸基糖苷与氧化胺添加比、丙二醇添加量以及pH值对泡沫洗面奶发泡能力的影响;随后采用响应曲面法对影响泡沫洗面奶发泡能力的因素进行系统分析,得出最佳优化方案。分析结果表明,模型响应值精确度为99.22%,各因素对泡沫高度影响的大小为:癸基糖苷添加量> pH >丙二醇添加量;泡沫高度最佳参数条件为:癸基糖苷添加量0.64%,氧化胺添加量9.36%,丙二醇添加量7.4%,pH调节至8;泡沫高度响应值为171 mm。 In order to optimize the foaming ability of a foam cleanser,the single-factor method was used to investigate the effects of the ratio of decyl glycoside to amine oxide,the amount of propylene glycol and the pH value on the foaming ability of the foam cleanser.Then,the response surface method was used to analyze the factors that influence the foaming ability of the foam cleanser,and the optimal formula was obtained.The analysis results showed that the accuracy of the model response value was 99.22%.The influence of each factor on the foam height was as follows:the amount of decyl glycoside > pH > the amount of propylene glycol.The optimum parameters for foam height:the amount of decyl glycoside was 0.64%;the amount of amine oxide was 9.36%;the amount of propylene glycol was 7.4%;pH=8;the foam height response value thereof was 171 mm.
