Willis环为颅内主要侧支循环,变异较常见且变异种类多,影响着颅内动脉血流动力学,导致患者脑血管病风险增高,且易出现偏头痛、头晕等临床症状.偏头痛是一种常见的原发性头痛,神经系统最常见的症状之一,目前其病因及发病机制尚不明确,近几年有关偏头痛发病机制的研究很多.不完整的Willis环在偏头痛患者中很常见,尤其先兆型偏头痛患者的Willis环有很高的变异率.本文对Willis环变异不同类型及其与偏头痛的关系进行综述.

The circle of Willis is a major collateral circulation in the intracranial region.Variations are relatively common and there are many types of variations.It affects the hemodynamics of intracranial arteries,leading to increased risk of cerebrovascular disease in patients,and prone to migraine,dizziness and other clinical symptoms.Migraine is a common primary headache,one of the most common symptoms of the nervous system.At present,its etiology and pathogenesis are still unclear.In recent years,there have been many studies on the pathogenesis of migraine.Incomplete circles of Willis are common in migraine sufferers,especially those with aura,who have a high mutation rate of circles of Willis.This paper reviews the different types of variation in the circle of Willis and its relationship with migraine.
