摘要
研究了在上海汽车集团股份有限公司(SAIC)的质子交换膜燃料电池(PEMFC)电堆中运行2000 h后的镀金双极板的导电性和耐蚀性,探讨了双极板的腐蚀失效机制,得出其失效主要由原电池腐蚀和缝隙腐蚀引起。
The conductivity and corrosion resistance of gold-coated bipolar plate were studied after working in the electric pile of proton exchange membrane fuel cell(PEMFC)produced by Shanghai Automotive Industry Corporation(SAIC)for 2000 h.The mechanism of corrosion failure of bipolar plate was discussed.It was concluded that galvanic corrosion and crevice corrosion were the main reason for the failure of bipolar plate.
