摘要
采用正交试验和单因素试验研究了在6063铝合金上低温快速制备钛锆转化膜的工艺,得到的最佳转化液配方为:H2TiF62.0 g/L,H2ZrF60.8 g/L,氧化剂(偏钒酸钠)3.0 g/L,配位剂(单宁酸)4.0 g/L,pH=3.2。X射线光电子能谱的分析结果显示,膜层的主要组分为金属氧化物(Al2O3、VO2、V2O5、ZrO2、TiO2)、金属氟化物(AlF3、ZrF4)及金属有机配位化合物。不同低温条件下工艺的最佳成膜时间为:5℃,300~350 s;10℃,150~200 s;15℃,100~150 s;20℃,60~120 s。
The rapid formation of Ti-Zr-based conversion coating on 6063 aluminum alloy at low temperatures was studied by orthogonal test and single-factor experiments.The optimal composition of the conversion solution was obtained as follows:H2TiF62.0 g/L,H2ZrF60.8 g/L,sodium metavanadate(as oxidant)3.0 g/L,tannic acid(as complexing agent)4.0 g/L,and pH=3.2.The X-ray photoelectron spectra showed that the main components of the coating were metal oxides(Al2O3,VO2,V2O5,ZrO2,TiO2),metal fluorides(AlF3,ZrF4),and metal organic complexes.The optimal film forming time under different temperatures were listed as follows:300-350 s for 5℃,150-200 s for 10℃,100-150 s for 15℃,and 60-120 s for 20℃.
