浦江葡萄产业发展现状及应对措施

Development status and countermeasures of grape industry in Pujiang

近年来,浦江葡萄产业发展迅速,已成为浦江农业中的第一大产业,在国内外拥有较高的知名度,品牌效益日益显著。但在葡萄产业发展过程中也面临着诸多问题,如葡萄上市时间集中,抗风险能力较弱;栽培模式传统,果实品质下降;土壤酸化呈上升趋势,植株生长及产量不稳;种植成本提高,葡农负担日益加重;劳动力短缺,从业人员年龄大;市场缺乏监管,品牌建立困难,等等。本文总结分析浦江葡萄产业的发展现状和这些问题的破解办法,提出创立葡萄价格指数保险;加大政府对产业的扶持力度;开展科研及技术指导培训;改进栽培模式,推广省力化技术;建立示范基地,成立销售队伍;创建溯源体系,完善质量监管等应对措施,使浦江葡萄产业向可持续健康发展的目标迈进。

In recent years,Pujiang grape industry developed rapidly and became the first major industry of Pujiang agricultural industry,that had high visibility at home and abroad and brand benefit increasing significantly.But grape industry in Pujiang faced many problems in the process of development,for example,it was weak in resisting risks because of the concentrated grape market;fruit quality declined was made by traditional cultivation mode;grapevine growth was affected by soil acidification;the burden on farmers was increased with high cost;shortage and ageing of labour;establishment of grape brand was affected by lack of market supervision.This paper summarized and analyzed the development status and problems of the grape industry in Pujiang,and put forward the corresponding countermeasures.For example,proposed the establishment of grape price index insurance;increased government support to industry;carried out scientific research and technical training;improved cultivation mode to control yield and improve quality;popularized labor-saving cultivation techniques;set up demonstration base and built sale team;built the traceability system and improved the quality supervision.Pujiang grape industry will be towards the goal of sustainable and healthy development.
