近年来,我国新兴产业规模迅速壮大、创新竞争力显著提升,空间布局从沿海向内地梯度转移,但在产业政策、关键核心技术装备、创新创业支持体系建设、跨越创新"死亡之谷"能力及空间布局等方面尚存在一定不足。"十四五"时期是我国新旧动能转换的关键时期,新兴产业既是壮大新动能的战略重心,也是引领产业发展的核心力量。为促进新兴产业快速发展,应合理制定新兴产业发展战略,规划产业技术路线,构建高质量产业创新生态体系,结合传统优势产业发展新兴产业、建立多元投融资支持体系,合理规划产业空间布局。

In recent years,China’s emerging industries have grown rapidly,innovation competitiveness has increased significantly,and the spatial layout has shifted from the coast to the interior.However,there are still deficiencies in industrial policies,key core technical equipment,innovation and entrepreneurship support systems,and spatial layout.The“14th five-year plan”period is an essential historical stage for the conversion of conventional and novel motivation.Emerging industries are not only the strategic focus of strengthening new kinetic energy,but also the core force leading the development of the industry.In order to promote the rapid development of emerging industries,it is necessary to formulate development strategies for emerging industries,plan industrial technology routes,strengthen the construction of innovation and entrepreneurship ecosystems,develop emerging industries in combination with traditional advantageous industries,establish a diversified investment and financing support system,and plan industrial space layout rationally.
