培育发展广东省精密仪器设备产业集群的思考

Thoughts on the Cultivation and Development of Precision Instrument and Equipment Industrial Cluster in Guangdong

介绍广东省培育发展产业集群的背景与战略意义,并从精密仪器设备的作用、地位与广东省产业现状等方面阐述发展精密仪器设备产业集群的意义与紧迫性,提出从创新驱动引领产业、优化布局实现区域产业协调、壮大企业带动产业集群、加强推广促进产业深度、强化支撑助推产业等5个重点任务培育精密仪器设备产业集群。未来5年建议重点建设面向智能制造先进仪器、新一代通讯检测设备、高端分析仪器、新能源检测设备等4个创新工程,助力产业由集聚发展向集群发展全面提升。

The background and strategic significance of the cultivation and development of industrial clusters in Guangdong were introduced,and the significance and urgency of developing precision instrument and equipment industrial clusters in terms of the role and status of precision instruments and equipment and the current status of the industry in Guangdong were explained.Five key tasks of cultivating and developing precision instrument equipment industrial clusters were proposed,including innovation-driven leading independent development of industry,optimizing layout to achieve coordinated development of regional industries,strengthening enterprises to drive the development of industrial clusters,strengthening promotion to promote in-depth industrial development,and strengthening support to promote comprehensive industrial development.Four key innovative projects were suggested to focus on in the next five years,including intelligent manufacturing of advanced instruments,next-generation communication testing equipment,high-end analytical instruments,and new energy testing equipment,to help the industry to comprehensively upgrade from aggregation development to cluster development.
