承压类设备的安全附件作为保障特种设备安全的最后一道防线,在使用管理过程中存在诸多问题,应进行排查、分析、改善。针对承压类设备安全附件定期检验中存在的问题,通过对其详细论述,分析超压泄放装置和指示装置的工作原理、问题产生和预防措施。分析结果表明,安全附件使用中存在的安全隐患,其本质主要为管理人员安全意识淡薄,管理人员及安全责任人的专业知识和管理水平较低所导致,使用单位应提高安全风险意识。

As the last line of defense to ensure the safety of special equipment,the safety accessories of pressure equipment have many problems in the process of using management,which should be checked,analyzed and improved.In view of the problems existing in the periodic inspection of the safety accessories of pressure equipment,the working principle of the overpressure relief device and indicator device as well as the problem generation and preventive measures were analyzed through the detailed discussion.The analysis results show that the hidden safety hazards in the use of safety accessories are mainly caused by the weak safety awareness of the management personnel and the low professional knowledge and management level of the management personnel and safety responsible personnel.The users should improve the safety risk awareness.
