摘要
针对目前煤矿综合机械化采煤生产过程中,机电设备安装用时较长、安装水平参差不齐的现状,对工作面机电设备安装工艺进行研究。对采煤机电设备移动、安装、调试过程中的操作前准备、操作流程、注意事项进行了研究与总结,并对综采工作面机电设备的安装工艺流程进行程序优化。该安装工艺可以节省安装与调试时间、提高安装效率与安装质量,预计应用可以大大提高煤矿经济效益、减少工人工作量,切实保障煤矿的生产安全。
In view of the current situation that the installation time of electromechanical equipment is long and the installation level is uneven in the current mechanized coal mining production process of coal mines,the installation technology of electromechanical equipment in working face was studied.The operation preparation,operation flow,and precautions during the movement,installation,and commissioning of coal mining mechanical and electrical equipment were studied and summarized,and the installation process of mechanical and electrical equipment in the fully mechanized mining face was optimized.The installation process can save installation and commissioning time,improve installation efficiency and installation quality,and it is expected that the application can greatly improve the economic efficiency of the coal mine,reduce the workload of workers,and effectively guarantee the production safety of the coal mine.
