摘要
瓦斯发电机组在实际运行过程中受到瓦斯含水率、甲烷浓度、瓦斯输送压力等因素的影响,造成机组运行过程中发电功率一般都小于设计值,其中瓦斯输送压力对发电机组发电功率有较大影响。采用理论分析并结合矿井瓦斯发电站现场实际情况,通过调整瓦斯输送压力来分析其对瓦斯发电机组发电功率的影响。结果表明,在保持甲烷浓度、瓦斯含水率、流量等保持不变的前提下,通过增加瓦斯输送压力可以提高进入到发电机组内的甲烷质量,从而提升发电机组的发电功率。采用变频器控制加压泵运转速度,从而提升瓦斯输送压力,是提升瓦斯发电机组发电功率的一个有效措施。
In the actual operation process of gas generator unit,the influence of gas moisture content,methane concentration,gas transmission pressure and other factors results in that the power generated during the operation of the unit is generally less than the design value,and the gas transmission pressure has a greater impact on the power generated by the generator unit.Based on the theoretical analysis and the actual situation of the mine gas power station,the influence of gas transmission pressure on the power generation of gas power generation unit was analyzed by adjusting the gas transmission pressure.The results show that under the premise of keeping the methane concentration,moisture content and flow rate unchanged,the quality of methane entering into the generator set can be improved by increasing the gas transmission pressure,so as to improve the power generation of the generator set.It is an effective measure to increase the power of the gas generator unit by using frequency converter to control the speed of the booster pump,so as to increase the gas transmission pressure.
