采煤机行走轮啮合时的弯曲强度研究 被引量:2

摘要 针对行走轮轮齿折断的常见问题,提出基于有限元的方法对行走轮啮合时轮齿的弯曲强度进行研究。研究结果表明,齿根处的应力小于材料屈服强度,满足静强度要求,但齿根处应力已较为接近屈服应力,长时间工作后会在齿根表面的磨损处产生塑性累积和微裂纹,微裂纹进而扩展导致轮齿疲劳断裂。从根本上解释了轮齿折断频发的现象,并给出了提高行走轮轮齿疲劳寿命的建议,为行走轮等类似产品的设计研发提供了理论指导,具有重要的现实意义。 In view of the common problems of the tooth fracture of the walking wheel,a method based on the finite element was proposed to study the bending strength of the tooth when the walking wheel was meshed.The results show that the stress at the root is less than the yield strength of the material,which meets the requirements of static strength,but the stress at the root is close to the yield stress.After a long time of work,the plastic accumulation and microcracks will be produced at the worn part of the tooth root surface,and the microcracks will further expand,leading to the fatigue fracture of the tooth.The phenomenon of tooth fracture frequency is explained fundamentally,and the suggestions to improve the fatigue life of the teeth of the walking wheel are given,which provides theoretical guidance for the design and development of similar products such as the walking wheel,and has important practical significance.
