摘要
为延长采煤机截齿的使用寿命,提高采煤机截齿工作的稳定性,介绍了采煤机截齿截煤机理,分析了镐形截齿截煤时的受力情况,并重点研究了截齿刀头未磨钝、刀头磨钝以及刀头脱落等不同工况下,截齿的截割受力情况,借助有限元仿真分析了截齿实际受力情况。研究结果可为截齿的设计、生产以及日常使用提供参考。
In order to prolong the service life of shearer picks and improve the stability of shearer picking work,the mechanism of coal cutting machine picking coal cutting mechanism was introduced,and the stress situation of the picking cutter picking coal was analyzed.The cutting force of the pick was studied under different working conditions such as the unblind condition of the cutter head,the blunt working condition of the cutter head and the falling condition of the cutter head.The actual force of the pick was analyzed by finite element simulation.The situation and research results can provide reference for the design,production and daily use of the pick.
