手表皮革表带的耐磨损寿命预测

摘要 以皮革表带为主要研究对象,分析了磨轮研磨法、毡块干磨擦法、毡块湿磨擦法这3种失效寿命预测方式及其优劣势。通过图文列举了3种预测方法对应的各失效阶段,并作了对比分析。磨轮研磨法适用于皮革表带皮料的选择;毡块干摩擦方法适用于接触水比较少的人群的皮带检测;毡块湿摩擦方法适用于佩戴环境比较恶劣的人群的皮带检测。通过将3类检测结果样品与深圳人群实际佩戴结果作比较得出结论,深圳多雨湿润环境佩戴结果与毡块湿摩擦法的试验效果比较接近。 Taking the leather watchband as the main research object,three failure life prediction methods and their advantages and disadvantages were analyzed by the grinding wheel grinding method,felt block dry friction method,and felt block wet friction method.The failure stages corresponding to the three prediction methods were enumerated through pictures and texts,and a comparative analysis was made.Grinding wheel grinding method is suitable for the selection of leather straps and leather materials;felt block dry friction method is suitable for belt detection of people who contact with less water;felt block wet friction method is suitable for belt detection of people wearing harsher environments.By comparing the samples of the three types of test results with the actual wearing results of the shenzhen population,it is concluded that the wearing results of the rainy and humid environment in shenzhen are close to the test results of the wet friction method of the felt block.
