摘要 将智能控制技术应用到提升机监控系统中,已成为当下提升机监控系统综合性能的研究重点。为此,以某煤矿提升机监控系统为研究对象,分析了现有监控系统存在的问题,采用PLC控制技术,开展了监控系统的升级优化及应用测试,改进后的监控具有更好的监控性能,能有效地降低提升机的故障率及人员的劳动强度,为企业带来较大的经济效益。 The application of more advanced control technology to the hoist monitoring system has become the focus of the research on the comprehensive performance of the hoist monitoring system.Taking the coal mine hoister monitoring system as the research object,the existing problems of monitoring and control system were analyzed,PLC control technology was carried out for the monitoring system upgrade optimization and application test.The improved monitoring system has better monitoring performance,which can reduce the failure rate of elevator and the personnel′s labor intensity,and bring greater economic benefits for the enterprise.
