摘要 随着电力电子技术、光电技术和通信技术的发展,电力系统原有的运行模式进行了改进,继电器保护技术得到了更多的应用,使得电力系统智能化、网络化程度越来越高。以110 kV变电站为研究对象,介绍了智能变电站的技术背景,分析了将继电器保护应用到变电站的优势,研究智能变电站的构成和变电站继电保护装置配置方案的基本特点。基于IEC61850标准,从线路保护、主变保护和母线保护3个方面入手,重点分析了这3方面对于继电保护的配置要求,实现了继电保护装置在统一的标准平台上的配置方案设计。通过某110 kV变电站继电保护实际的保护动作进行分析,表明该运用该配置方案的继电保护设备能够实现其功能,在发生故障时准确动作,验证了设计方案的可行性和正确性。 With the development of power electronic technology,optoelectronic technology and communication technology,the original operation mode of the power system has been improved,and the relay protection technology has been more applied,making the power system intelligent and the degree of network is increasing.The technical background of the intelligent substation was introduced based on 110 kV substation,the advantages of applying relay protection to the substation were analyzed.Based on IEC61850 standard,starting from the three aspects of line protection,main transformer protection and bus protection,the configuration requirements of these three aspects for relay protection were analyzed,and the configuration scheme design of relay protection device on the unified standard platform was realized.Based on the analysis of the actual protection action of a 110 kV substation relay protection,it is shown that the relay protection equipment using the configuration scheme can realize its function and accurately act in case of failure,and verifies the feasibility and correctness of the design scheme.
