摘要 为了准确及时将住院病人的求助信号传递给医护人,提高工作效率,减少医疗事故及纠纷,克服病床呼叫系统工作不稳定、操作不方便、编程繁琐、系统扩展困难、投入成本大等缺点,开发了基于PLC控制的病床呼叫系统。采用PLC的输入回路来驱动LED指示电路,采用赋值、变址、译码等功能指令进行程序设计,采用触摸屏作为人机界面,具有操作方便、工作稳定、程序简洁、扩展容易等优点。 In order to accurately and timely transmit the help signals of inpatients to the medical staff,improve work efficiency,reduce medical accidents and disputes,overcome the shortcomings of the hospital bed call system,such as unstable work,inconvenient operation,cumbersome programming,difficult system expansion,and large investment cost.The call system of sickbed based on PLC was developed,the input circuit of PLC was used to drive the LED indicating circuit,the function instructions such as assignment,address change and decoding were used for programming,and the touch screen was used as the human-machine interface.The developed sickbed calling system has the advantages of easy to operate,stable,simple and easy to expand.
