煤矿提升设备远程监控技术的应用

Application of Remote Monitoring Technology for Coal Mine Hoisting Equipment

煤矿提升设备是联系地面和井下的关键设备,关系着煤矿生产的安全稳定。实际生产中对煤矿提升设备的远程监测控制不足,设备故障情况也时有发生。针对这一现状设计了一种以PLC为控制核心的煤矿提升设备的远程监控系统,可实现对煤矿提升设备的状态监测、故障报警以及运行控制功能。对该系统进行了实践应用,结果表明:系统可靠性好、稳定性高,有较高的实用价值,能够有效提高煤矿自动化控制程度,同时保障设备安全、稳定地运行,为煤矿企业增加经济效益。

Coal mine hoisting equipment is the key equipment connecting the ground and underground,which is related to the safety and stability of coal mine production.In the actual production,the remote monitoring and control of the coal mine hoisting equipment is insufficient,and the equipment failure often occurs.In view of this situation,a remote monitoring system of coal mine hoisting equipment was designed with PLC as the control core,which could realize the status monitoring,fault alarm and operation control functions of coal mine hoisting equipment.The system has been applied in practice.The results show that the system has good reliability,high stability and high practical value.It can effectively improve the degree of coal mine automation control,ensure the safe and stable operation of equipment,and increase economic benefits for coal mine enterprises.
