采煤机滚筒截割参数的优化探析 被引量:1

摘要 为使采煤机的生产效率与块煤率更高,截割比能耗更低,以某型采煤机为研究对象,借助相关的仿真模拟软件优化模拟分析了采煤机滚筒的截割参数,并把相关数据输入Matlab软件中获得了采煤机优化前与优化后的转速与滚筒的扭矩曲线。对采煤机优化前与优化后的生产效率、块煤率以及截割比能耗关系进行了模拟验证,得出此项优化是可行的,为后期采煤机的科学、合理优化提供了参考。 In order to make the production efficiency and lump coal rate of shearer higher and the energy consumption of cutting ratio lower,a certain shearer as the research object was taken,the cutting parameters of shearer drum with the help of relevant simulation software were optimized,and the relevant data of Matlab software was input to obtain the speed and torque curve of shearer drum before and after optimization.The relationship between the production efficiency,lump coal rate and cutting ratio energy consumption before and after the optimization of the shearer were simulated and verified.The results show that the optimization is feasible and provides a reference for the scientific and reasonable optimization of the shearer in the later stage.
